In-Stock and On-Sale Items

For in-stock and on-sale items, cancellations are permitted before the item is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and you may be subject to return shipping fees as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-orders are charged upfront to confirm and secure your item.

  • Cancellations are permitted without any charges if canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
  • If canceled after 48 hours, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs.
  • If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
