Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange once this period has passed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 business day. Orders will not be shipped but might be delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We offer free standard shipping on orders above $35. Orders below than that will have $4.99 shipping charges. For U.S.-based customers, delivery typically takes 4-15 business days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, with some shipments taking longer due to high order volumes or customs clearance delays.
