Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange once this period has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as health and personal care items, food & drinks cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All orders are processed within 2 business day. Orders will not be shipped but might be delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
